About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with On Trade customers by building outstanding relationships in bars, clubs, and restaurants to understand their needs and local consumers.
  • Develop and execute winning 360-degree account plans and commercial brand plans to drive distribution and visibility.
  • Deliver on key selling metrics including brand distribution, new business acquisition, and financial targets.
  • Win new business while simultaneously retaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to host events and brand activations.
  • Manage sales plans for your assigned area and maintain regular contact with wholesale partners.
  • Analyze promotional activities and budgets, incorporating ROI analysis to ensure effective execution.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in FMCG is preferred.
  • Experience in On or Off Trade Management within the Spirits or Beverage industry is a distinct advantage.
  • A demonstrable track record of performance and delivery regarding sales results.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, and social skills.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
