About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with On Trade customers (bars, clubs, restaurants) to build outstanding relationships and execute commercial brand plans.
- Drive brand performance and growth by delivering on key metrics including distribution, visibility, and financial targets.
- Develop and manage winning 360-degree account plans and sales plans for the assigned area.
- Win new business while retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to host events and brand activations.
- Maintain regular contact with wholesale partners to grow the portfolio within the area.
- Analyze promotional activities and budgets, incorporating ROI analysis to ensure effective execution.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in FMCG.
- Experience in On or Off Trade Management within the Spirits or Beverage industry.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A demonstrable track record of performance and achieving results.

- Ability to navigate complex problems with mental agility and creative thinking.
- Strong social networking skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
