About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with On Trade customers (bars, clubs, restaurants) to build outstanding relationships and understand local consumer needs.
- Develop and execute winning 360-degree account plans and commercial brand plans.
- Drive key selling metrics including brand distribution, visibility, new business acquisition, and financial targets.
- Manage the sales plan for the Liverpool and Lancashire area based on commercial priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to host events and brand activations.
- Maintain regular contact with wholesale partners to grow the portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Analyze promotional activities and budgets, incorporating ROI analysis to ensure effective spend.
Requirements
- Proven track record of performance and delivery in a sales environment.
- Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently to drive new business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within the FMCG sector.
- Experience in On or Off Trade management within the spirits or beverage industry.
