Customer Account Administrator

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately to agreed SLAs, ensuring correctness in product, price, and expiry dates
• Manage the processing of credits, debits, and returns within established timelines
• Maintain price lists and price amendments accurately using SAP and Excel
• Liaise with various stakeholders including Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams
• Maintain clear, concise, and detailed customer records and computerized filing systems

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and processing customer orders in a technical Customer Service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
