Custom Reagents Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform bottling, labeling, and packaging processes according to established procedures
• Manage material inventories and daily production activities
• Plan and generate production orders within the SAP environment
• Complete packaging documentation including batch records and material requests
• Meet departmental production objectives with high quality
• Support packaging supplies and material management functions
• Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement projects
• Input production data into SAP or other manufacturing resource databases

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, bottling, or packaging
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift 20-30 pounds unassisted
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP
• Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Experience with Tecan EVO 200/100 Automation Platforms
