Custom Intranet Developer (React) – Full Stack (AVP)

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a custom intranet web application using React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks
• Own the end-to-end solution design from discovery through production, including UI composition and service integration
• Develop reusable UI components, design patterns, and shared libraries to ensure consistency across the platform
• Implement employee personalization using identity signals such as role, location, and function
• Build and integrate backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) to connect the intranet to enterprise HR and service management systems
• Integrate intranet experiences with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Viva
• Ensure high performance, accessibility (WCAG), and security-by-design across all global employee-facing platforms
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing

Requirements

• 6–12+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack delivery in large enterprise environments
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Proven experience designing and consuming APIs and working with authentication/authorization patterns
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise intranet, portal, or employee experience solutions
• Strong understanding of modern front-end architecture, including component design and performance optimization
• Ability to build scalable, secure, production-grade systems with operational maturity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 extensibility (SPFx), and Microsoft Graph
• Experience with headless CMS architectures (e.g., Adobe AEM)
• Experience implementing enterprise search, content targeting, and personalization engines at scale
• Knowledge of the GHR/HR domain and employee lifecycle journeys
