Custom Fabrication & Finished Cabinetry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, install, and finish custom cabinetry, millwork, and interior fixtures
• Construct and install structural elements including framing, drywall, molding, and trim
• Perform tenant improvement (TI) and commercial fit-out work for interior build-outs
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction drawings to determine layouts
• Assemble and install cabinetry, frameworks, doors, floors, and architectural woodwork
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and fabrication areas
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to meet project schedules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in carpentry, custom fabrication, or cabinetry
• Proven experience in custom millwork and tenant improvement projects
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and OSHA standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work in active construction environments

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification
