About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to fulfill global tax documentation requirements and manage custody tax withholding expertise.
- Manage and develop staff, ensuring clear reporting lines, objectives, and continuous professional development.
- Establish and monitor systems of control, limits of delegation, and escalation procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and remove redundant tasks.
- Provide client-facing support and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to resolve complex issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with global teams to communicate issues, share ideas, and follow support protocols.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of Custody experience in a custody and/or middle office environment.
- 3+ years of experience managing staff (at least 2+ team members).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Strong business sense and awareness of risks within income or tax operations environments.
- Proven ability to work in a high-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
