Custody Product Development - Swift, TPS - AVP

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in support of the Asset Servicing and Core Custody product roadmap
• Analyze product-related changes and develop commercially viable, client-focused business cases
• Drive delivery activities to ensure alignment with applicable regulations and internal policies
• Gather industry intelligence and participate in market forums to inform product evolution
• Support governance activities, including tracking and oversight of risks, audits, and compliance items
• Prepare and present progress updates to senior management across the change lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Securities Services
• Deep subject matter expertise in Corporate Actions, Income, SWIFT, Tax, and Corporate Governance
• Proven experience working within Product organizations
• Proficiency in delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizations
• Experience with data management integration and solving complex data challenges at scale
• Experience working at a global level, ideally within Operations or Technology environments
