Custody Product Development Manager/Lead - Core Banking, Managing Director

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategy to build strategic banking platforms and overall cash management capabilities.
• Deliver a clear product roadmap in collaboration with Product Development heads, including annual prioritization and budget planning.
• Lead solutioning for tranche migrations and client migration strategies from legacy platforms.
• Drive the development and analysis of product-related change, including commercially viable and client-focused business cases.
• Design and optimize the capability model, including operating models, standards, and technical architecture.
• Manage and support teams to ensure change remains aligned with existing regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Securities Services.
• Deep expertise in deposit banking services and cash management.
• Proven experience with global payment and banking networks, including messaging standards.
• Strong Agile experience, specifically in roles such as Product Owner or Principal Product Owner.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate large organizations.
• Experience delivering change programs in complex, global environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working within Product, Operations, or Technology organizations.
• Experience evaluating digital asset capabilities.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical impact to diverse stakeholders.
