Custody Product Development - Income - AVP

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Asset Servicing and Core Custody product roadmap in collaboration with Value Stream Leads
• Analyze product-related changes and develop commercially viable, client-focused business cases
• Drive product development initiatives covering Corporate Actions, Income, Tax, and Corporate Governance
• Ensure delivery activities remain aligned with applicable regulations and internal policies
• Gather industry intelligence and market trends to inform product and capability evolution
• Support governance activities, including tracking and oversight of risks, audits, and compliance items
• Prepare and present progress updates to senior management throughout the change lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Securities Services or a related custody operational background
• Deep subject matter expertise in Corporate Actions, Income, SWIFT, Settlements, and Tax
• Proven experience delivering change in complex environments using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience solving data integration challenges at scale
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders and translate requirements into functional capabilities
• Experience working within a global product organization or in a consultative role with institutional investors
