Custody Product Development – Core Custody AVP

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Asset Servicing and Core Custody product roadmap in collaboration with Value Stream Leads
• Analyze product-related changes and develop commercially viable, client-focused business cases
• Support the prioritization of product, operational, and regulatory changes alongside Technology and Global Delivery teams
• Gather industry intelligence and market trends to inform the evolution of custody capabilities
• Oversee governance activities, including compliance with internal policies and the tracking of risks, audits, and compliance items
• Prepare and present progress updates and strategic materials to senior management

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Securities Services
• Proven experience working within Product organizations
• Deep subject matter expertise in Corporate Actions, Income, Tax, and Corporate Governance
• Experience delivering complex change projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures
• Demonstrated ability to manage data integration challenges across large-scale services
• Experience working at a global level and interacting with institutional investors
