Custodian

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across multiple facilities including kitchens, conference rooms, breakrooms, production floors, and machine shop areas
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, dust and wipe down desks, furniture, and office equipment
• Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling disposal daily
• Operate cleaning machinery including carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and other industrial equipment
• Monitor and refill supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and breakrooms; report inventory needs
• Support special projects including office moves, event setup/breakdown, and deep cleaning initiatives

Requirements

• 1-5 years of custodial or janitorial experience
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• U.S. Citizenship required
