Custodian

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and work areas in a clean and orderly condition through sweeping, mopping, washing, and cleaning
• Remove trash from buildings and designated work areas
• Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning light fixtures and changing light bulbs
• Comply with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations
• Maintain and complete all required records and documentation
• Participate in safety committees or initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or custodial roles
• Proficiency in office and facilities maintenance operations
• Ability to perform minor hardware installation tasks
• Commitment to following strict safety rules and practices
