About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean the terminal using hand brooms, power scrubbers, sweepers, and vacuum cleaners
- Remove refuse from offices, restrooms, and break-rooms daily
- Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies
- Relocate and adjust office furniture as required
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and housekeeping, including monitoring pest control systems
- Remove ice and snow from pedestrian walkways and parking lots
- Keep company grounds free from litter and debris
- Prepare accurate reports regarding labor, equipment, and repair history
- Report any safety concerns to the shift supervisor
- Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
