Custodian

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping for temporary lodging, including cleaning and laundry services
• Conduct custodial tasks in Operations, Tech, and Support areas
• Polish floors and steam clean carpets using appropriate equipment
• Manage rubbish removal and maintain necessary supplies in all assigned areas
• Maintain and store inventory of all custodial supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety practices at the site
• Deliver high-quality customer service to all residents and travelers

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality or industrial custodial industry
• Active TS/SCI (U.S.) security clearance with Polygraph
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate in Health Support Services
• Certificate in Hospitality
• Undergraduate degree in the field of Hospitality
