Responsibilities

• Vacuum and sweep common areas
• Mop bathroom floors, clean toilets and countertops
• Remove trash and replace bags
• Stock and maintain cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Report property damage or maintenance concerns
• Perform general landscaping maintenance and seasonal preparation
• Conduct snow removal and sand walkways
• Monitor utilities including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Requirements

• Experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, or janitor preferred
• Ability to carry and handle equipment and supplies
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently
• Reliability and punctuality
