Custodial Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout the building
• Prioritize and respond to client requests in a timely fashion
• Ensure frontline staff are assigned duties and deployed within 20 minutes
• Account for all keys, radios, phones, and equipment at the end of each shift
• Promote Health and Safety and ensure staff awareness of regulations
• Maintain records and reports concerning personnel, equipment, and supplies
• Manage delivery of cleaning products and equipment
• Investigate incidents, injuries, or near misses and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Experience in a cleaning environment and supervising a team
• Knowledge of Health and Safety and Occupational Health and Safety Act responsibilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle night shift hours, weekends, and statutory holidays
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Experience using and maintaining various floor cleaning equipment
