About the role
Responsibilities
- Review, process, and evaluate undergraduate and post-baccalaureate level academic credentials to ensure they meet university graduation requirements.
- Collaborate with students, program directors, and advisers to resolve degree deficiencies and provide academic solutions for successful progression.
- Process curricular adjustments, substitutions, and waivers per student or program requests.
- Verify the accuracy of academic transcripts and ensure correct course attribute coding.
- Assist with the planning and production of annual commencement ceremonies, including booklets and honor recognition.
- Support athletic eligibility certification by assisting with degree progression calculations for student-athletes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience at a ratio of one year of experience for each year of required education).
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex policies and regulations.
