Curriculum and Implementation Associate, Science

Responsibilities

• Design, revise, and execute rigorous K-12 Science curriculum aligned to a multi-year program vision
• Build and improve high-quality lesson materials, assessments, and instructional resources
• Develop and lead training for school leaders and teachers to drive student reasoning and mastery
• Analyze implementation and student outcome data to identify gaps and drive targeted improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field and deep knowledge of Science
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to invest, motivate, and hold others accountable
• Growth mindset with strong belief in feedback and rapid improvement
