Curing Scrap Chaser

Responsibilities

• Monitor non-conformities in the curing department and make necessary adjustments
• Perform mold and bladder changes, including building and tearing down bladders
• Install recipes and maintain accurate data input
• Conduct minor mechanical adjustments, emergency repairs, and various audits (squeeze, cure cycle, and temperature)
• Communicate effectively with setup techs, supervision, quality assurance, and engineering teams
• Follow all plant, environmental, and departmental safety policies
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area to ensure production quality and quantity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Continental Manufacturing experience or 2 years of mechanical experience
• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified through the Safety Department)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Associate's Degree
