Culture, Engagement and Organizational Performance Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with senior stakeholders to develop teams, build culture, and design organizational structures
• Use data to inform strategy and track the impact of programs on business output
• Provide proactive analysis of data to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations
• Present insights to senior leadership regarding attrition, promotion, and employee sentiment
• Employ innovative methods to scale capability, including role design and process improvement
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership through assessment, feedback, and coaching
• Promote People compliance and operations to minimize regulatory violations

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic/management consulting or Talent Management/People operations
• Undergraduate degree from a top university
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
• Experience in facilitating, coaching, and presenting to senior executives
• Proficiency in data analysis to generate actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and ambiguous environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
