Culture and Employee Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and implement global culture and employee experience initiatives to strengthen engagement and connection with the company's culture.
• Coordinate initiatives related to employer branding, respect, equity, and inclusion, ensuring consistent messaging across different countries.
• Map, evaluate, and improve the Employee Journey at key moments such as recruitment, onboarding, development, recognition, and offboarding.
• Design and manage digital content for internal and external campaigns using storytelling and innovative formats.
• Administer organizational climate surveys and pulse surveys, following up on results and implementing improvement actions.
• Propose data-driven improvements by collaborating with local and global teams to convert insights into measurable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Psychology, Administration, Human Capital, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating global or regional projects in culture, internal communication, employee experience, or talent management.
• Advanced English proficiency (required for professional conversation, reading, and writing in a global strategy context).
• Proficiency with digital content creation tools, executive presentations, and data dashboards.
• Experience in survey management and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of talent trends, employee engagement, people analytics, and journey design.
• Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with digital design/editing tools and agile methodologies for multicultural initiatives.
