Cultivation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate daily work tasks to section cultivators to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Monitor crop health daily, inspecting plants for proper nutrition, vigor, and potential pest or disease issues.
• Manage team performance, attendance, and training, acting as a mentor and coach for Cultivation Technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to Revolution-approved SOPs, biosecurity protocols, and all applicable state regulations.
• Accurately record production data, inventory, and observations using Biotrack and Cannabis365.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and Illinois Department of Agriculture standards.
• Coordinate scheduled crop work with the Cultivation Manager and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of cultivation experience in a professional facility or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, whether formal or informal.
• Proven ability to follow strict SOPs, biosecurity measures, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid state ID.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state badging (requires a background check and state review).
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs, climb ladders, and work in environments with moderate heat, humidity, and strong odors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cannabis industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience using Biotrack or Cannabis365 operating systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with management and regulatory agencies.
