Responsibilities

• Define and execute a cohesive culinary roadmap including new brands and LTO strategy
• Lead the R&D pipeline for both new and core brands
• Own the full recipe pipeline from menu outline to production-scale validation
• Develop and iterate recipes for robotic systems, balancing innovation with high-volume footprint realities
• Build prep task libraries, order guides, and weekly production plans
• Research supplier opportunities to reduce costs and improve ingredient quality
• Collaborate with Ops to establish standards for prep, presentation, and safety (HACCP)
• Partner with Brand, Design, Ops, and Tech teams for flawless launches

Requirements

• 2 years of culinary experience
• At least 4 years in recipe development and culinary R&D
• Diverse knowledge of different cuisine types
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design components
• Ability to work at speed and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality
• Methodical approach to recipe development and documentation
• Ability to translate operational feedback into roadmap improvements
