Responsibilities

• Lead concept direction for every brand, defining cuisine type, target customer, and strategic positioning
• Drive competitive landscape research and produce menu direction
• Own the brand go/no-go process and define building criteria
• Write menu copy to translate culinary vision into consumer-facing language
• Own menu structure, pricing, and PMIX modeling
• Coordinate digital onboarding into KitchenOS & POS
• Drive launch and growth in the first 60 days using proven playbook tactics
• Track brand performance and manage the feedback loop back into strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years in brand strategy, marketing, or consumer insights, ideally in food and restaurant
• Strong writing and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, scrappy environment
• Experience taking a brand from zero to launch
• Data literacy with ability to pull insights from sales and customer feedback
• Strong point of view on brand resonance
