Lab37 Robotics is a technology company focused on the development and deployment of robots designed specifically for direct-to-customer food production. Our mission is to revolutionize the food industry by creating innovative robotic solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own brand direction by producing mood boards and brand synopsis
• Lead brand naming, brand story, and logo/iconography development
• Execute component photography and hero imagery for AI asset generation
• Produce full asset packs and marketing assets including website and social media
• Build and maintain a design system and templating toolkit for scale
• Support digital onboarding and launch with platform-ready creative
• Work in tight sprints with fast feedback cycles and iteration

Requirements

• 3+ years of brand design experience with a portfolio showing full identity systems
• Experience in photography and video production
• Strong typography and layout fundamentals
• Experience designing for food, hospitality, or CPG industries
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/build environment
