About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of the culinary and hospitality ecosystem, including lodging, farm-to-fork dining, and guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with farm and livestock teams to execute regenerative food production and champion zero-waste principles.
  • Design and deliver immersive, mission-aligned dining experiences that connect guests to the land and regenerative agriculture.
  • Manage culinary and lodging budgets, invoicing, and revenue generation strategies for lodging and educational workshops.
  • Supervise, build, and inspire culinary and hospitality teams, ensuring high performance and capacity to meet event volumes.
  • Coordinate guest accommodations and hospitality logistics using event and lodging management systems.
  • Support housekeeping and operational tasks as needed to ensure rapid lodging turnover and high guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of management experience in farm-to-table or farm-integrated environments.
  • Strong understanding of regenerative agriculture principles and sustainable, local sourcing.
  • Proven kitchen management skills and experience in event, retreat, or conference-based food service.
  • ServSafe certification and ability to maintain relevant licenses (e.g., Arkansas State Board of Health).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work a varying schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must live within commutable distance to Perryville, Arkansas.
