Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items for approximately 35 covers, ensuring taste and presentation quality
- Supervise and support adults with cognitive disabilities in kitchen tasks, fostering their well-being and motivation
- Manage supply orders, receiving, and stock storage
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
Requirements
- Formal training in hospitality/culinary arts or solid professional kitchen experience
- Proven ability in food production and kitchen operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathy and teaching ability to mentor adults with disabilities
- Patient, calm, and dynamic personality with team motivation skills
- Available to start immediately
