Responsibilities
- Prepare modern, high-end bistronomic cuisine using fresh and local products
- Work within a brand-new kitchen equipped with the latest cooking technology
- Collaborate with a young and dynamic culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in a serene professional environment
- Adhere to a 39-hour weekly schedule with a rotating shift pattern (including weekends)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the culinary field
- Ability to work onsite in Aix-en-Provence

- CAP or BEP culinary certification
