Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to technical sheets and establishment specifications
  • Ensure production in quantity and quality for service (starters, main courses, sides, desserts)
  • Strictly respect food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
  • Control the freshness and quality of received goods
  • Manage stocks, participate in inventories, and guarantee product traceability
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and participate in the maintenance of premises and equipment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and resolve unforeseen issues

Requirements

  • Mandatory culinary training (CAP, BEP, BP or equivalent) or significant experience in collective or traditional catering
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to work at a sustained pace
