About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to technical sheets and establishment specifications
- Ensure production in quantity and quality for service (starters, main courses, sides, desserts)
- Strictly respect food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Control the freshness and quality of received goods
- Manage stocks, participate in inventories, and guarantee product traceability
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and participate in the maintenance of premises and equipment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and resolve unforeseen issues
Requirements
- Mandatory culinary training (CAP, BEP, BP or equivalent) or significant experience in collective or traditional catering
- Autonomous, organized, and able to work at a sustained pace
- Team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and sense of service
- Rigorous knowledge and application of HACCP rules
