About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to technical sheets and hygiene standards (weight, cooking, and plating)
  • Participate in receiving goods, controlling deliveries, and managing stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Maintain food quality and presentation throughout the service
  • Strictly follow HACCP rules and internal food safety procedures
  • Maintain and clean the workstation and kitchen equipment
  • Assist in stock management and preparation of perishable goods
  • Work in a team with the chef and staff to ensure smooth service
  • Participate in menu development and improvement suggestions based on experience

Requirements

  • Mandatory minimum 1 year of kitchen experience or catering training
  • Knowledge and application of HACCP rules
  • Ability to work in a team and manage stress during service
  • Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of taste
  • Immediate availability is appreciated
