About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to technical sheets and hygiene standards (weight, cooking, and plating)
- Participate in receiving goods, controlling deliveries, and managing stock rotation (FIFO)
- Maintain food quality and presentation throughout the service
- Strictly follow HACCP rules and internal food safety procedures
- Maintain and clean the workstation and kitchen equipment
- Assist in stock management and preparation of perishable goods
- Work in a team with the chef and staff to ensure smooth service
- Participate in menu development and improvement suggestions based on experience
Requirements
- Mandatory minimum 1 year of kitchen experience or catering training
- Knowledge and application of HACCP rules
- Ability to work in a team and manage stress during service
- Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of taste
- Immediate availability is appreciated
