About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare adapted meals based on the specific dietary needs and physical capacities of 76 residents
- Control the quality of products and the final presentation of all dishes
- Manage the reception of food deliveries
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene in strict accordance with the Food Safety Management Plan (Plan de Maîtrise Sanitaire)
- Work under the authority of the Head Chef to contribute to the well-being and pleasure of the residents
Requirements
- Holder of a CAP Cuisine qualification
- Proven experience in collective catering or institutional environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Ability to adapt culinary techniques to specific textures for elderly residents
- A passion for service and a desire to contribute to the well-being of seniors
