Espace et Vie is a service residence for seniors, offering personalized services such as cleaning, human assistance, catering with our own chefs, and laundry services. We are a family-oriented group focused on the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Elaborate menus in connection with the catering reference while meeting resident expectations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and traceability rules
- Manage orders, receptions, and stock monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum CAP or BEP in cooking
- Ideally at least 3 years of experience
- HACCP training is desirable
- Motivation to provide high-quality meals for seniors
