Responsibilities

• Clean and organize assigned rooms and common areas
• Report laundry bags to the corresponding area
• Identify and report room malfunctions to the Lencero
• Report trays and carts to Room Service for collection
• Report safes found closed after guest check-out
• Prepare reports for additional items requested by guests (towels, blankets, etc.)
• Prepare Lost and Found reports for items left in rooms
• Check minibar during check-out to verify last-minute consumption
• Vacuum and dust assigned halls
• Clean and empty trash bins in common areas
• Clean and organize work carts before the end of the shift
• Comply with safety, health, and LQA housekeeping standards

Requirements

• Higher technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in high-category hotels
• Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Cordial and professional attitude
• Basic English level
