Responsibilities

• Clean and organize assigned guest rooms and common areas
• Report laundry bags to the Supervisor
• Identify and report room malfunctions to maintenance
• Report room service needs for pickup
• Report safes found closed after guest check-out
• Report additional items requested by guests (towels, blankets, etc.)
• Manage "Lost and Found" reports for guest belongings
• Check minibars during check-out to verify consumption
• Coordinate with security for rooms containing valuables
• Ensure strict compliance with hotel service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in luxury hotels
• Studies in Tourism, Hotel Administration, or related fields
• Basic English level for essential guest communication
• Technical knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and initiative
