Cuartelero

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize assigned guest rooms and common areas
• Report laundry bags to the appropriate department
• Identify and report room malfunctions to maintenance
• Report trays and carts to Room Service for collection
• Report safes found closed after guest check-out
• Prepare reports for additional guest requests (towels, blankets, etc.)
• Manage Lost and Found reports for guest belongings
• Check minibars during check-out to verify consumption
• Vacuum and dust assigned halls and common areas
• Maintain and clean work carts at the end of each shift
• Adhere to LQA housekeeping standards to exceed guest expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cuartelero, preferably in luxury hotels
• Studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
• Basic English proficiency
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
