CTST/Tool Accountability Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development and implementation of Work-Based Learning programs
• Coordinate Career Technical Training Coordinator projects for the center
• Establish and maintain Work-Based Learning site MOUs and agreements with employers and community partners
• Visit work sites bi-monthly to cultivate relationships and monitor progress
• Assist with job application, interview processes, and student evaluations
• Develop and maintain CTST plans including project descriptions, material lists, and budgets
• Coordinate with Career Technical Training Instructors to develop annual plans
• Track and balance annual budgets for allocated project funds
• Monitor project worksites to ensure student engagement, instruction, and safety

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience
• Experience working with diverse youth
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Industry recognized credentials in construction or a related field
