CTMS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level calendar builds and financial entry services utilizing Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Read, analyze, and interpret complex clinical trial protocols to develop comprehensive CTMS mapping plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams and site clients to ensure billing determinations, sponsor budgets, and clinical trial agreements align with protocols.
• Accurately revise deliverables to accommodate protocol amendments and changing client preferences.
• Perform internal quality reviews of work completed by team members.
• Manage site client relationships through exceptional customer service and consultative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven experience with building calendars and entering financials into a CTMS platform.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex clinical trial protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
• Strong investigative, critical thinking, and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the clinical trial start-up process.
• Experience with oncology-specific calendar builds and financial entry.
• Knowledge of research billing guidelines (e.g., Medicare NCD 310.1) or general healthcare billing processes.
• Experience in coverage analysis and research budget development.
