CT/MRI Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of imaging procedures using CT and MRI technology
• Prepare and position patients for scans
• Operate imaging equipment and produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to radiation protection guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in quality assurance activities
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• Registered Radiographer with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
• Proven cross-sectional experience in both CT and MRI
• Proficient in CT and MRI equipment and imaging techniques
• Strong understanding of radiation protection principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
