CTM Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble laboratory test kits with specimen collection materials according to study protocols
• Prepare investigator instruction manuals, flowcharts, and required documentation
• Package completed test kits and ancillary materials, including return shipping supplies, for shipment to investigators
• Prepare all packages for shipping and ensure they are ready for distribution
• Monitor inventory levels and advise supervisors when supplies are low to prevent study delays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
• Strong attention to detail and good reading ability
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
