CT/XR Technologist

Responsibilities

• Produce quality diagnostic CT and XR images for pediatric patients of all ages
• Perform or assist in the completion of radiographic procedures with minimal supervision
• Prepare, administer, and document activities related to contrast media and medications in accordance with regulations
• Educate patients and parents regarding procedures and safety protocols within the department
• Collaborate with radiology staff and other departments to ensure a smooth continuum of care
• Support student technologists to ensure a positive learning experience during clinical rotations
• Travel between multiple outpatient locations and the main campus as required

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or Radiologic Sciences
• Current Ohio Radiologic License from the Department of Health
• ARRT certification in Radiography
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to travel between multiple locations including Springboro, Centerville, Beavercreek, Huber, Troy, Springfield, and the Main Campus

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced registry with ARRT in Computed Tomography
