CT Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary engineering focal point (ESPOC) for assigned units and customers within the region
• Coordinate and manage technical queries between customers, field service, and global engineering teams
• Provide timely and high-quality technical responses to support safe and reliable plant operations
• Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA), risk assessments, and troubleshooting activities
• Support outage planning and execution, including scope, spares, and technical recommendations
• Identify modification and upgrade (M&U) opportunities while promoting a customer-first mindset and Zero Harm safety culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in gas turbine maintenance and operation
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
• Good understanding of fleet reliability, outages, and performance optimization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience working in KSA and with multicultural or global teams
• Familiarity with materials, manufacturing, and repair processes
