CT/MRI Imaging Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to all clinical staff within the assigned Medical Imaging department.
• Manage staff scheduling and time cards, including the approval of PTO requests.
• Ensure critical staffing levels are maintained to support various departments requiring imaging services.
• Partner with department managers to support clinical operations and employee engagement.
• Perform rounding on patients and families to capture feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist management with staff coaching, fact-finding, contribution management, and disciplinary actions.
• Model organizational values with a primary focus on patient and employee safety.

Requirements

• Associates degree in health sciences from an accredited program.
• 3+ years of experience as an imaging technologist.
• CPR certification.
• ARRT registration in MRI.
• ARDMS certification.
• ODH and ARRT registration in Radiography and Computed Tomography.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a relevant clinical field.
