CSW Integration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish integration and verification environments to enable CI/CD and shorten development cycles
• Act as a point of contact for global stakeholders regarding project progress
• Identify risks and execute active risk management
• Oversee project execution procedures to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform technical reviews of work products delivered by the team
• Coordinate between the team and clients for flawless project execution
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Work with software development teams to identify root causes of defects in test environments
• Leverage GenerativeAI to enhance development, testing, and productivity workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or MCA
• 5+ years of experience in automotive software integration
• Proficiency in QNX and Linux platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with C++, Python, and system-level debugging
• Experience with CI/CD, Bazel, Dev Containers, and WSL2
• Experience with Jira and Helix tools for tracking and quality management
