About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage decontamination, instrument setup, and tracking for a wide range of complex surgical specialties
- Utilize the T-Doc instrument tracking system to identify robotic, navigational, and custom-made instrumentation
- Perform check and wrap, consignment, and instrument/consumable setups
- Work flexibly across various shifts and areas as rostered
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and collaborate within a large multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Certificate III in Sterilisation Services
- Demonstrated ability to use computer systems efficiently and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High motivation and strong problem-solving aptitude
