About the role
Responsibilities
- Clean equipment in preparation for sterilization and record sterilization test results
- Organize and arrange specific or routine equipment that has been sterilized for use in the Operating Theatre
- Inspect equipment for leaks, looseness, or other indications of damage
- Carry out monitoring and control processes for infection control measures in accordance with the Infection Control Committee
- Implement procedures and practices to ensure quality and safety in services
Requirements
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree in healthcare administration, business, or related major
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a hospital
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to resolve issues effectively to enhance patient experience
