About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage major CSR initiatives based on CSR strategic direction (planning, operation, performance evaluation, post-mortem)
- Execute internal and external CSR communications, including stakeholder coordination and content distribution
- Build and manage partnership networks with governments, local authorities, NGOs, and global foundations
- Conduct research on social issues and prepare CSR-related reports and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CSR-related roles
- Proven experience planning and operating initiatives to solve social problems
- Ability to manage relationships and coordinate opinions among diverse stakeholders
- Business-level English communication skills for global collaboration
- Ability to travel overseas
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in establishing CSR message strategies and executing PR/communications
- Experience setting CSR performance indicators and analyzing data-driven results
