About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive process improvements across hotel properties
- Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining brand standards
- Standardize and streamline operational processes to reduce inefficiencies
- Define project scope, KPIs, timelines, and expected outcomes for cross-functional initiatives
- Monitor milestones and manage risks to ensure measurable impact
- Communicate clearly with senior leadership, General Managers, and owners
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-unit operations or managing transformational projects
- Fluency in English
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Deep understanding of business drivers and KPIs
- High project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%

- Experience in the hospitality industry
