CSO Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvements across hotel properties
• Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining brand standards
• Standardize and streamline operational processes to reduce inefficiencies
• Define project scope, KPIs, timelines, and expected outcomes for cross-functional initiatives
• Monitor milestones and manage risks to ensure measurable impact
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership, General Managers, and owners

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading multi-unit operations or managing transformational projects
• Fluency in English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI is a plus
• Deep understanding of business drivers and KPIs
• High project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%

• Experience in the hospitality industry
