Responsibilities

  • Configure client applications including automated email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
  • Manage incoming support requests and handle level 1 tickets
  • Assist in the integration of new hotel groups and maintain documentation bases

Requirements

  • Interest in SaaS technology and the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Spanish
  • Experience with CRM or SaaS tools
