Responsibilities
- Configure client applications including automated email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns
- Manage incoming support requests and handle level 1 tickets
- Assist in the integration of new hotel groups and maintain documentation bases
Requirements
- Interest in SaaS technology and the hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Experience with CRM or SaaS tools
